We rebuilt Best Oregon Tours from the ground up and engineered it for AI discovery. Here is what changed in the eleven months since launch.
OUr Approach to the problem
Best Oregon Tours ran a well loved operation on a site that could not keep up. Traffic was flat, the business rarely surfaced in search, and AI assistants did not mention it at all. Visitors who did land struggled to see how to book. A word of mouth business with its online front door stuck shut. Here's how we changed that:
A faster, clearer site organized around the real path to booking a tour, with the visit and booking steps front and center instead of buried.
Structured data and JSON-LD schema that tell AI models exactly who Best Oregon Tours is, so assistants can quote it and recommend it with confidence
Clean metadata, header hierarchy, and page architecture tuned for both search crawlers and AI passage extraction.
Content mapped to the questions travelers actually ask, so the site answers the prompt rather than just holding keywords.

Traffic
The old site sat near 200 to 400 page views a month for its entire run. Since launch, traffic grows season over season. July 2026 alone drew more visitors than the old site's first eight months of 2025 combined, and the people arriving now stay instead of bouncing.

AI Visibility
The old site drew about one AI or search crawler hit a day. The rebuilt site averages twenty three, climbing past a thousand hits a month by mid 2026. On tested travel prompts, Best Oregon Tours now holds a majority share of AI answers. When someone asks an assistant what to do in the area, the model has the structured facts it needs to name the company.

REvenue
Booked revenue has grown every year, and 2026 has already passed every previous full year by value with four months still to go. Best Oregon Tours is winning bigger work now, weddings, custom tours, and group trips, with the average booking worth about twice what it was two years ago. Over the same January to July window, booked revenue roughly doubled against the year before.
